A month ago we
reported that MPI Home Video will finally release
The IT Crowd - The Complete 1st Season on DVD this
March 31st. In our story we passed along that bonus materials would be included, but the studio hadn't released the details at the time. Now we've got full details from the studio about the extras:
- Deleted Scenes
- Hidden Out-takes
- "Behind the IT Crowd" Documentary
- "Hello Friend" Film
- Audio Commentaries
- English Subtitles
Many of these cross over with the bonus material that was planned to have been included with
the canceled BCI release of this title, but it looks like the "Geek Subtitles" may not have made it over.
And there's another change to the package art, too! Here's a look at MPI's revised packaging, which is different both from what MPI originally sent over, and also from what the now-defunct BCI had been going to use if they had released it:
