Crossing Jordan -Universal to release season 1 in May?

One of our retail friends has just emailed to let us know that Universal is looking to release Crossing Jordan in May, though he didn't have a specific date. One of the producers posted a bit of season 1 information on the official NBC forum, saying:
Hopefully there will be a DVD out this year. The problem has to do with not having the music clearances for many of the songs in seasons one through five. But we think we're getting close!
It sounds like they're trying to clear the music used in the show, but we'll likely see some songs substituted. Thanks to Steven Lesser for emailing us the NBC link. We'll have more information once Universal officially announces the set.
