Back in early
early 2003 (!), Anchor Bay first announced separate season sets for the first and second seasons of
Crime Story (the series only lasted those two seasons). But the first season got delayed many months before it finally got released, and the second season went right off the map.
Until now, that is! Fans can rejoice in that the other season of this show is once again back in Anchor Bay's sights, albeit quite a long way out. Here's the announcement they made today:
CRIME STORY - SEASON TWO (1987-1988)
The second and final season of producer Michael Mann's classic crime drama comes to DVD with all of the full-length episodes. Details on the set are not yet known, but expect a similar type package to the first season release and the release date is tentatively set for the fall of 2005. More details will be announced soon.
