HBO Video and distributer Warner Home Video are pleased to announce the last in a series of three DVD releases of the popular PBS Mystery series, Cracker, which originated in the U.K. This 3-DVD set will include 9 hours of programming.
This is the 3rd "series" (British for "season") of Robbie (Harry Potter's "Hagrid") Coltrane's outstanding creation of Dr. Eddie "Fitz" Fitzgerald as a criminal psychologist, who battles his own personal problems while trying to solve cases of murder. In Cracker: Lucky White Ghost (a special which aired after the 3rd series, and included on the same DVD release), 'Fitz' is called upon to solve a serial murder investigation in Hong Kong where local police have no experience with serial killers.
Warner's announcement, which provides all the information above, says that we should look for this release (which completes the UK run of the show) on April 20, 2004 at an SRP of $39.98.
