Last week we
passed along word from Shout! Factory that they had scheduled an April 19th DVD release of
Code Monkeys - Season 2. However, that's not the case any longer. A couple of hours ago, Shout!'s DVD producer for this title, Brian Ward,
posted a message at the studio's official message boards that this title is now off the schedule:
Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen circumstances, we're having to remove this title from our upcoming schedule. Shout! Factory will not be releasing Code Monkeys S2. Sorry, gang.
The details of these unforeseen circumstances were not mentioned, as you can see, so we're uncertain if it's a resolvable situation or not. We'll keep an eye out, of course, and let you know if anything changes about this!
