We've learned that
Chef!, the hilarious BBC hit starring Lenny Henry, is coming to DVD in Region 1. Americans will no longer have to worry whether their local PBS station carries this fine sitcom about the master chef with the temper that's hotter than his stove. BBCAmerica says that
Chef! - Complete! is in the works right now, though no timeframe has been set so far. But the indication was that we should see all three seasons ("series") - which would be 20 episodes, including the Christmas special - on this release.
Word about this started
circulating on the 'net from star Lenny Henry ("Chef Gareth Blackstock") back in early September, but it didn't come to our attention until recently when reader Christopher Powell tipped us off.
