Back in May 2003, fans of
Cheers were first able to enjoy the Season 1 DVD set of this must-see sitcom! Nine more sets have been released since then, and as a nightcap, the folks at CBS/Paramount have
announced yesterday that
Cheers - The Final Season will arrive on DVD
January 27th.
The 11th and last season's episodes will come on 4 discs, at a list price of $39.99, but information sent to retailers does *not* mention any bonus material included on this release (which leads us to believe that the "Last Call: A Cheers Celebration" special probably won't be included). However, they did send retailers an early look at possible cover art, and we've got your first look at it for you today. Please keep in mind, though, that this is an early picture and could be subject to change:
