We've known that season 8 would have extras on it
for awhile, we just didn't know
what they would be. The current
Charmed magazine (Aug/Sept) has an interview with Brad Kern where the season 8 extras are discussed:
"The plan at this point is to try to get 90 minutes of extras in for the eighth season release, which will be out around Christmas. That would include episode commentaries, hopefully bloopers, set tours. It should be a pretty extensive and elaborate extras package. That's the hope and plan right now, and I'm pushing very hard for them to include the unaired pilot, but that has legal ramifications, and only the legal department can tell us whether or not that can happen. But I'm pushing for it because I think it's a slam dunk. That fans would love it."
