Ahead of last week's EMA show in Las Vegas, the Home Media Expo 2008, a
press release was issued noting how
Charles In Charge star Josie Davis ("Sarah Powell") would receive an award at the show for "Favorite TV Child Star". In the press release, it mentioned that "

But due to our own personal talks with Arts Alliance president Joe Amodei, we had reason to believe this was an old date, and that the title had been moved. Sure enough, when Joe returned from the show, he confirmed to me that the release timeframe of this title is now looking like
January 2009, and that's where it stands at the moment. Please note that even that's not necessarily final, so don't consider it "locked in" just yet.
