Retailers have started pulling Cagney & Lacey from their sites, either removing it completely, or delaying it until 2010 (which many of you know is Amazon's way of saying "We don't know when it's coming..."). We confirmed the information with an MGM rep, and were told that a new date for the set isn't known at this time.
