The most recent season of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation saw a number of changes, the most-publicized one being the change in leadership to Laurence Fishburne's character, "Doctor Raymond Langston ," partway through the 2008-09 run of episodes. CBS DVD and distributor Paramount Home Entertainment are analyzing a September 1st release date for C.S.I. - The 9th Season on DVD. Not much is known yet, but the specs we saw show a widescreen release, with English 5.1 audio and a Spanish Stereo option, plus English and Spanish subtitles.
