As you know, this past February fans got a
Volume 1 3-DVD release from Mill Creek Entertainment, with 32 episodes (the first half of the show's entire run). Now Mill Creek's customer service team has e-mailed a couple of our readers with word about
C.O.P.S. - Volume 2 on DVD. The e-mails forwarded to us by "Mario" and "Nathan" (thanks!) explains that the remaining 33 episodes are in-the-works, with a planned
September 13th release date. We've confirmed with our own contacts at Mill Creek that this indeed IS the plan at this time, but that the date is early and COULD be subject to change (so PLEASE use pencil to mark it on your calendar, at least for now!). This is expected to be a bare-bones release, with just the episodes and no extras. At this time it's too early for package art, and there's no word about other details either. Stay tuned, however, and we'll update you as further developments occur!
