Back in 2003 a small company called UAV owned the license on DiC animated shows, and released a single-disc DVD of
Bump In The Night - Night of the Living Bread, with just 8 installments of the show. Within the past year a company called NCircle has bought up and re-released all the DiC single-disc titles that had previously been put out by the now-defunct UAV, so you might even still see this title around. But it's not enough for true
Bump fans, who have been craving more.
Shout! Factory, the folks who currently hold the license for DiC properties, is soon to begin work on a new set aimed at pleasing those fans! Later in 2008 (hopefully in time for Halloween?) Shout! will release
Bump In The Night - The Complete Series on a multi-disc set. Extras will probably be included, but that is still To Be Decided. It's still way too early to know much more about this, but we thought we'd give you the heads-up for now! Stay tuned and we'll let you know about further developments for this release.
