The Bugs Bunny/Looney Tunes Comedy Hour - Final Contents for Blu-ray 'Looney Tunes Platinum Collection Volume 1'

50 of some of the greatest Looney Tunes cartoon are together for the first time on Blu-ray. Releasing in a digibook with rare images and a cartoon guide by animation historian Jerry Beck, this collection is derived from the original negatives and the shorts have been digitally restored and remastered. The 3 discs contain some of the franchise's most enduring shorts featuring all your favorite Looney Tune Characters! Disc 1 features 25 classics from the immortals: Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Road Runner, Wile E. Coyote and more! Disc 2 has 25 shorts featuring One-Shot Classics and the complete collection for each of the following characters: Marvin the Martian, Tasmanian Devil, Witch Hazel, Marc Anthony & Ralph Phillips. Disc 3 contains over 5 hours of content saluting animator Chuck Jones, insightful documentaries and rare shorts from Jones and others!

The studio description quoted above is just the beginning of today's updates about Warner Home Video's high-def Blu-ray release of The Looney Tunes Platinum Collection Volume 1. Today the studio formally announced the title, confirming a November 15th street date for both the regular digibook release ($59.96 SRP) and the limited, numbered Blu-ray for The Looney Tunes Platinum Collection Volume 1: Ultimate Collector's Edition ($79.98 SRP).
