On Monday we
reported that Warner Home Video will bring out
Bugs Bunny's Easter Funnies on DVD this coming
February 16th. We had a small, fuzzy look at the package art for you at the time, but now the studio has provided high-resolution finalized artwork for that box. We've got it for you below.
This release, like the Jan. 12th release of
Bugs Bunny's Cupid Capers, is not truly aimed at the collector market like the "Golden Collection" releases had been. As we've said before, these are aimed at general interest consumers, and take advantage of holiday gift giving opportunities. However, there are several sets aimed at collectors coming up in 2010. What are they? There are no guarantees, but MAYBE animation historian Jerry Beck will possibly reveal a bit about those later today, when he's
interviewed live on the Shokus Internet Radio call-in program,
Stu's Show. We know he'll be talking about other animated DVD releases, in any case, so tune in and find out what he says!
