Buck Rogers on DVD, because Universal has just announced that
The Complete Series is coming on
November 16. You'll remember we first brought you news that this was in the works on
January 27th, followed by unfortunate news that the
planned commentaries with Gil Gerard and Erin Gray had been cancelled, in April.
Universal made the announcement in a press release featuring their many TV-on-DVD titles:
BUCK ROGERS IN THE 25th CENTURY, from legendary creator and producer Glen A. Larson ("Knight Rider," "Magnum P.I.," "Battlestar Galactica"), the visionary sci-fi program starring Gil Gerard and Erin Gray celebrates its 25th anniversary.
Nothing was mentioned for bonus material, so we have no idea if commentaries with the two stars are planned. Hopefully we'll see something included on the set, as there's still lots of time to record something before the set is released.
