It was just 2 weeks ago that we had
the groovy heads-up for you about the 4th Season DVD set of
The Brady Bunch. We've gotten the specs straightened out since that story: this is full-screen video, English Mono audio, and a running time of 603 minutes. As expected, Paramount has now confirmed that this is a 4-DVD collection, with a pair of discs each placed into a "thinpak" disc-holding case.
And speaking of those specs and those thinpak disc cases, we've got the front and rear art for each thinpak, and the BACK of the box for the outer slipcover packaging that those disc holders slide into. It's strange that the studio has these ready before the front cover is available to show you, but then nobody said that things made sense in Hollywood. Here's a look at the outer rear cover, the front and back of the thinpak for Discs 1 & 2, and the front and back of the thinpak for Discs 3 & 4. Reading those cover backs will confirm that there are no extras on this release. Too bad; we, like a lot of fans, were at least hoping for something to commemorate the famous trip to Hawaii! Ah, well.
