There are a number of people who emailed us to say their disc 7 won't play properly (there's a problem with episode 27 and one of the featurettes). Fox is aware of the issue, and they have a disc ready for people that experienced issues with the set. Just call 1-888-223-2369 and provide them with your name, address and phone number, and they'll send the disc out.
We're not sure if this issue affects all the discs, or whether it's an issue with specific players.
