We had received information from a retailer that the second season of Boston Legal would be released on September 26. Fox has finished announcing their September titles, and the set wasn't one of them, so we spoke with our retail friend and were told the date has moved, likely to November (but nothing has been confirmed yet). We'll let you know if we hear anything more.
The good news is that season 1 sold very well, so the second season isn't at risk for being cancelled.
