Bosom Buddies - Tom Hanks & Peter Scolari's Final Bosom Season on DVD UPDATED

Good news! We've heard from our friends in the retail industry that CBS/Paramount is tentatively planning on a September 4th release of Bosom Buddies - Season 2 for DVD. That would be about six months following the March release of the first season set. There were only two seasons for this program, starring Tom Hanks, Peter Scolari, Wendie Jo Sperber, Telma Hopkins and Donna Dixon, so this will wrap it up. Here are the nineteen episodes from that final season set:

15. "The Way Kip and Henry Were"
16. "Who's on Thirst?"
17. "Not With My Sister, You Pig"
18. "Not the Last Picture Show"
19. "Call Me Irresponsible"

Remember, this date is not offficial from the studio yet, and may be subject to change. Stay tuned and we'll get you a confirmed date, and box art as well, whenever CBS/Paramount makes it formal.


UPDATE (5/15): The studio has now confirmed this date with an official announcement, but did not offer any new information from what we presented above (other than the always-expected two-pack of both seasons shrinkwrapped together, for the same release date). We'll post a separate news item when we have new information or artwork.
