A week and a half ago we brought you CBS/Paramount's
announcement that
Bonanza - The Official 5th Season, Vol. 1 is coming to DVD on
February 12th, accompanied by
Bonanza - The Official 5th Season, Vol. 2 on the same date (sold both together and separately; see button link below). In that first story, we showed off early cover art for both titles. Then, in
a follow-up story a few days later, we showed you how the early cover art for
Vol. 2 - which noticeably included a bright yellow guitar - had been changed so that the bottom of the box sported a different (guitar-less) image. Now the studio informs us that they've decided to go back to the original picture after all, and have provided us with revised packaging pics for the set which show the yellow guitar present after all. Here's a look at the box you should be seeking on store shelves next February. Or you can pre-order it from Amazon, and just have it delivered to your door!
