At the beginning of this week CBS/Paramount
announced the
February 12th releases of both
Bonanza - The Official 5th Season, Vol. 1 and
Bonanza - The Official 5th Season, Vol. 2 DVD sets. That day we had an early look at the cover art for both of these, but now the studio has provided finalized, high-res 3D package art for each half-season set. The
Volume 2 art (at bottom) is of note in particular; the lower portion of it has changed: the picture with the yellow guitar is gone, replaced with a shoulder-to-shoulder shot of the Cartwrights. See for yourself:
