Rowan Atkinson (Mr. Bean, Black Adder) stars as Inspector Raymond Fowler, leader of a dedicatedly incompetent squad of keystone kops in a tiny British town.
BBCAmerica has announced their Spring 2004 line-up of DVDs, and one of the titles mentioned was The Thin Blue Line - The Complete Lineup. Rowan Atkinson starred in this 13-episode, 2-season show between stints as Mr. Bean, and fans will be happy to know that every episode is planned for this compilation!
