The Best of Bizarre - Volume 7, which came out a few weeks ago, has a manufacturing defect. We checked with the studio, VEI, and they tell us that unfortunately there was a defect with the master, with the second layer of that dual-layer disc. As a result, the first layer (i.e., the first half of the featured shows) plays just fine, but the rest becomes blocky and un-watchable.
VEI says they are currently arranging for a new DVD master to be produced to correct the problem, and are trying to make this happen as quickly as they can. In the meantime, they have recalled all existing copies of the original release of Volume 7. They say that, "
Anyone who bought this release should return it to the retailer they purchased it from for a full refund and keep checking with retailers for when the 'new' version of Bizarre #7 will be in stock."
