With Paramount gaining control of Beverly Hills, 90210 in the fall, we've been receiving a number of emails asking about a release. Unfortunately there hasn't been anything mentioned yet. Luke Perry made an appearance at VSDA to promote Supernova, a new mini-series airing this fall, so I asked him if he had been contacted about the show coming to DVD; he hasn't. That's not much of a surprise though, since Paramount has taken the bare-bones approach to most of their TV releases.
And if you're a fan of Luke's I have to tell you that he's a very nice guy. We talked about some of his past projects, including 90210 and Oz. His flight was late, so his interview was pushed back, and he apologized about 10 times for making us wait around (his was the last in the day).
