MTV and Paramount Home Entertainment have announced a new DVD release, titled
Beavis and Butt-head - Mike Judge's Most Wanted. Arriving
October 4th, it's timed to tie in with the show's return to broadcast this year with brand-new episodes. In fact, we don't know yet which classic episodes are on this release, but we do know that the extras include an "
Exclusive Sneak Peek from the New Beavis and Butt-Head Season," as well as a DVD promo for the spin-off show
Daria, a teaser for the new MTV show
Good Vibes, the Original Uncut "Frog Baseball," and the Featurette "Taint of Greatness: The Journey of
Beavis & Butthead." Video is full screen, and audio is English stereo. Pricing and packaging haven't been provided yet, but stay tuned and we'll update you just as soon as we can!
UPDATE: Our retailer contacts have forwarded us an early, small look at the cover art for this title (may not be final yet). They also filled us in that this is a single-disc release, running 115 minutes for 20 classic cartoons, picked out by Judge himself.
