Warner Bros announced 4 animated Batman titles yesterday, for release on 3/02/2004. Since fans were looking forward to season sets of the series, we wanted to make sure that we had the correct information before posting anything.
These 4 titles, "Batman Beyond: School Dayz/Spellbound," "Batman Beyond: Tech Wars/Disappearing Inque," "Adventures of Batman & Robin: Poison Ivy/The Penquin" and "Adventures of Batman & Robin: The Joker/Fire & Ice" were previous released as 8 VHS tapes. For each DVD, Warner is combining two of those VHS releases together onto one disc.
We're assuming that Warner Bros is aiming these releases at parents of children, not at the adult collector's that want the show on DVD and have been asking for season sets.
