Universal Studios Home Entertainment has scheduled a September 17th
in-store date for their DVD ($44.98 SRP, 3 discs) and Blu-ray Disc ($49.98 SRP, 2 discs) releases of Bates Motel - Season 1
. Both include UltraViolet digital versions of the episodes, and well as extras such as Deleted Scenes and a Featurette that consists of a Paley Center Panel Discussion with the Cast and Creative Team. And, as the studio description above quotes, for a limited time the discs in these packages will be accompanied by collectible art cards featuring images from the show. up already, but we're still waiting for the Blu-ray entry to appear. The package art for this title hasn't been made available yet, but stay tuned!
