Arts Alliance America, who now owns Hart Sharp Video, has told us to expect Banacek - The 2nd Season (starring George Peppard) on DVD in January. This is the 4th "TV Guide Presents" DVD release, following the first seasons of Banacek, The Crow and Trapped In TV Guide. The newest print issue of Video Business trade magazine reports a November release, but our info is more current than theirs. They also report that it's a 3-DVD set running $29.95 SRP. We've also learned that the second season set will include the pilot episode of Banacek, which was unfortunately missing from the first season DVDs. Stay tuned for box art and any other details we can find.
