As we've been reporting,
B.L. Stryker starring Burt Reynolds is scheduled to get a number of releases on DVD in the upcoming months: a
mid-July release of Season 2, followed up by a "Best-Of" disc in late August and
The Complete Series on the last day of September (see cover art for those items
here).
Well, it seems we can strike one of those from the list! Next Tuesday's release of
B.L. Stryker - The Complete 2nd Season has been struck, according to the following notice we received Monday afternoon from the P.R. group for Arts Alliance America:
** PLEASE BE ADVISED **
B.L. Stryker Season Two will not be released onto DVD on July 15th as previously announced. However, Arts Alliance America will be releasing B.L. Stryker The Complete Box Set in September.
No reason was provided for the change. We immediately sent a follow-up note to Arts Alliance America requesting more info, but they have not responded up until this time.
