A new
Aqua Teen Hunger Force episode compilation is coming. We already had heard hints of it (pointedly being told that it is *not* season sets). Now Chris Ward, aka MC Chris, has confirmed it. MC Chris is a production assistant on the show, does songs for it, and plays voices in some episodes (he was the voice of "McPee Pants"). MC Chris was in an online chat last Saturday, and talked about both
ATHF and
Sealab 2021 (see separate news item about that).
We won't post a link to the chat transcript itself, because it contains quite strong language and content. But we've got extracts of the portions which pertain to the DVDs (straight quotes, with no "clean up"). It looks like the questions jumped around quite a bit, but the answers are quite clear:
-chump1039- have you been asked to be on any of the dvd commentaries? sealab, or a 2nd athf?
-mcchris- i am in no commentaries.
-mcchris- but goo dnews. i want candy is on the next athf dvd!
-Landstander- is the next DVD the next 16 episodes?
-BillMcdougal- mc: do you know when the next adult swim dvd wave is coming out?
-mcchris- new dvd's this summer.
-chump1039- you gonnna be on the commentary for either?

-Rocknar- What episodes will the new one go upto?
-mcchris- dunno.
