Retailers have emailed to tell us that CBS/Paramount will release
The Andy Griffith Show complete series set on
May 8. Featuring all the episodes and discs from the 8 season sets released between 2004 and 2006, the set will also include:
- The Make Room For Daddy Andy Griffth Show Pilot
- Return To Mayberry - The TV Movie
The 40-disc set will retail for a suggested price of $203.99. How soon before we see eBay flooded with people dumping their season sets so they can pick up this complete series set with the new material? Probably an hour or two.
