Last week we
showed off menu screens from Universal's upcoming DVD release of
The Andromeda Strain, A&E's new (and apparently, as yet, unaired) mini-series based on Michael Crichton's classic novel. The cast includes Benjamin Bratt, Rick Schroder, Christa Miller, Eric McCormack, Daniel Dae Kim, Viola Davis and Andre Braugher, and is brought to us by leading film directors Tony and Ridley Scott.
This morning Universal announced that their DVD would arrive in stores on
June 3rd. The 2-disc set will run 177 minutes and cost $26.98 SRP. Besides the two-part mini-series, the following bonus material will be included:
