A few weeks ago we reported that Infinity Entertainment and the Smithsonian Channel had reached a distribution deal, and that the first program we had gotten word about for home video release would be Stories from the Vaults. Now we've learned that it won't be alone: joining it for release on September 23rd is America's Greatest Monuments.

The first release of America's Greatest Monuments - Washington D.C. will be available on both DVD and Blu-ray Disc. The DVD will be presented in anamorphic widescreen video, with 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround Sound and closed captioning for the hearing impaired. The Blu-ray version will be presented in 1080i high definition widescreen video, with 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround Sound and English subtitles. Running time is 56 minutes for a single disc.

Pre-orders from Amazon are available right away for both versions. The DVD release lists for $24.98, but can be pre-ordered for $21.99 at the time of this writing. The Blu-ray release lists for $34.98, but can be pre-ordered for $30.99 at the time of this writing. Amazon prices are subject to change at their discretion, of course. We've got your exclusive first look at package art for both formats:
