The Complete 1st Season got a DVD and Blu-ray release this past September, fans came to better know that season as "
Murder House," whereas the second season is titled by the producers as "
Asylum'. This sophomore year of the program moves the story from 2011 back to 1964, and re-casts Jessica Lange (who played "Constance Langdon" in the first season) as "Sister Jude," with many other actors and actors joining the FX-airing show to replace departing cast members. The new season premiered in mid-October, and Amazon has now begun taking pre-orders for

These listings are in advance of the official Fox Home Entertainment announcement for these items, though, so instead of a street date Amazon only says "
This title has not yet been released. You may pre-order it now and we will deliver it to you when it arrives." Pricing is available, however, currently showing $49.98 SRP for the standard DVD and $59.99 SRP for the Blu-ray (you can, of course, guarantee your copy right away at a discounted price, if you order it using either of the above links).
