A few days ago we
had an update for you about
Alien Nation - The Ultimate Movie Collection (as we now know it is properly called). One of our readers, Mike Bennett, had sent us an e-mail showing that Producer Kenneth Johnson had updated his personal website with info that the release would first happen on
September 11th, exclusively at Best Buy stores and website. We followed up with Fox Home Entertainment, and confirmed that Best Buy would have a two-month window where they would be the only seller of this set, before it became available to other retailers.
Now we have a couple of new updates, also thanks to Mike Bennett! Thanks to his sharp eyes, we see that
Best Buy has this up for pre-order for a $39.99 sell-through price. Also, Mike told us to check out Kenny's site again, where
there is a new page similar to the previous one, with the same info, but now sporting a look at the box art for this release! Check it out:
