We're getting e-mail after e-mail from fans of two J.J. Abrams shows:
Lost and
Alias.
Lost - The Complete 1st Season arrived in stores this past Tuesday, and has been selling like mad. But what's getting fans upset is that there are a number of "sneak peaks" (trailers) on the first disc, and one of them is promoting the
Alias - The Complete 4th Season DVD set. No, it's not the presence of the trailer that's getting
Alias fans riled up, it's that the trailer ends showing a "November 22nd" release date. Here's a shot of that:

THIS DATE IS WRONG!
Fans are upset because the date shown is almost a month after the
October 25th street date that Buena Vista Home Entertainment gave
in their press release.
TVShowsOnDVD owner Gord Lacey has contacted the studio, however, and was told that
THE DATE HAS NOT CHANGED FROM OCTOBER 25TH. The folks at Buena Vista he talked to didn't understand how that trailer was created with the other date, but we can assure you now that you can relax...the date remains the same. Feel better?
