We've had a number of readers email us a message they received from Amazon.ca notifying them that Warner Canada has issued a recall for the season 1 set. This problem affects non-Amazon.ca customers as well, but Amazon sent out emails notifying customers of the problem.. There have been a number of problems with duplicate discs and missing booklets lately; the quality control at these replication plants must be pretty piss-poor.

Warner Bros. has offered to send you a replacement DVD free of charge.
Please e-mail Warner Bros. at CustomerService@warnerbros.com and let them know your mailing address and that you're requesting a replacement Disc 4 of "The Adventures of Superman: The Complete First Season" DVD set.
