On September 5, Warner Home Video (WHV) holds the winning hand with a pair of DVD aces. Ace Ventura Pet Detective and its sequel, Ace Ventura When Nature Calls, will be packaged together for the first time as the Ace Ventura Deluxe Double Feature. The giftset, with newly remastered editions in 16 X 9 widescreen and a bonus disc of specially selected cartoons from the hit TV show, Ace Ventura The Animated Series, will be priced at $19.97 SRP. Order due date is August 1.

Ace Ventura When Nature Calls Deluxe Edition
Carrey returns as the alligator-wrasslin,' elephant-calling, monkey-shining, loogie-launching, burning coals-crossing, disguise-mastering pet detective. This time Ace comes out of retirement, traveling to Africa to rescue an animal he's terrified of -- a rare white bat who has the sacred power to avert a war between the Wachootoo and Wachati tribes. As to be expected, the limits of outrageous behavior are pushed, and mayhem and silliness abound. A-l-l-l-l righty then!
