E1 Entertainment, under their former studio name of Koch, had distributed for Passport Video back in 2006 a pair of titles: The Abbott and Costello Show - 100th Anniversary DVD Collection: Season 1 and The Abbott and Costello Show - 100th Anniversary DVD Collection: Season 2. These two sets have been discontinued for a while now, though, and fans who missed them have asked us from time to time whether the episodes would ever be re-issued. Now we have our answer for that! We've learned that E1 Entertainment will be offering The Abbott and Costello Show - The Complete Series on DVD this coming March 9th. We have no other details about this release yet, not even cost (though we're told the list price will likely end up in the seventy dollar range...but please take that with a grain of salt, as the info is NOT yet firm). We don't have box art yet either, but stay tuned and we'll keep you updated as we find out more about this title!
