There have been some rumors floating around that Lions Gate will release
ALF: Season 2 in
August. Yup, the rumors are true, at least for now. There's always a chance that an unannounced title will move, but they're targeting that month for a release.
You may recall some problems with syndicated episodes being used for season 1, and we're sorry to report that they will use the syndicated episodes for season 2 as well. This means that every episode will be missing a few minutes of footage from the original broadcast version of the episode. Lions Gate explains that the syndicated episodes were in better condition, so they decided to release those instead of the poorer quality broadcast versions. This news will undoubtedly upset fans who had hope that Lions Gate would release the original episodes for season 2.

April 12. While this is a Canadian release,
