Next week sees Sony's release of
Dawson's Creek - The Complete Series on DVD, in collectible book-style packaging. Review copies have arrived for some DVD websites, and some recipients have told us that they found scratches on their discs. This isn't universal to every copy, though, as other copies had no problems whatsoever. And unfortunately as a consumer you won't be able to tell what the situation is until you literally get your copy home and open it up to use it. However, we've spoken to Sony, and they stand by their product. We this comes out next week, if you DO find any scratched discs in your set, then you can contact the studio using the following method, and replacement discs will be sent to you with no additional charge. Just contact them toll-free at 877-SONY-4YOU (that's 877-766-9496), or if you prefer you can e-mail them at consumer@SPHECustomerSupport.sony.com and they'll help you out that way.
