Please note: Alteration additions have been suspended on the site due to (lots of) incorrect information being submitted. It's possible that alterations listed below are incorrect, and some edited sets are not listed. We had originally removed the list until it could be cleaned up, but we received emails from our users asking for the list to return, even though some of the information is incorrect. Due to other priorities (like news and release listings), we don't know when the incorrect information will be removed, and new submissions opened.

When an alteration is submitted to the list it goes into "pending mode" (an orange square). After 5 people have verified the alteration then the status is changed to "confirmed," and the square becomes green. An alteration can be submitted at any time, even for a set that hasn't been released yet, but there are limitations to submitting a verification. You must have "I own" selected for the title, and the title must be released. This will hopefully prevent people going on heresay when they attempt to verify an alteration. Please only verify an alteration when you're able to check the alteration yourself.

When you submit an alteration you can select from 5 different categories; missing episode, missing footage, altered music, incorrect aspect ratio, and other, which will contain alterations not covered by the other 4 categories. You're also able to note whether the alteration was mentioned on the packaging, and whether it's a positive or negative change. Most alterations are negative, but some sets are including footage cut from the original episode, or the removal of a laugh track, which fans view as positive changes.
